Cooking Instructions 烹饪说明

• Break apart and wash the Luo Han Guo. Add the fruits (2 fruits in 4L of water), some red dates, dried longan and bring the mixture to a boil. Simmer for at least 45 minutes. 把罗汉果拆开清洗后加入水中（4 升水中 2 个水果），根据个人喜好加入一些红枣、龙眼干，然后将混合物煮沸后小火煮少 45 分钟。
• Adjust for taste by adding sugar. 根据个人口味加入少许糖。
